“The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”

“Breakfast was nice. Pool was heavily chlorinated but good for the kids since it is indoor and was a little cool for outdoor swimming. Plenty of parking available. Rooms could use updating and we got stuck on the elevator so that sort of ruined the experience when you have 5 kids freaking out on an elevator. It wasnt a long delay but 5 minutes felt like an hour with young kids.”

“Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice guests. Got this place for my mom and she’s been loving it. Good breakfast. Clean room. And it’s so close to so much shopping and food places in walking distance and short drives. Best hotel for the price for sure. And sign up for the membership rewards site and you get a nice discount on your rooms. ”

“Room was cleaned, no funny smells that's a plus. Elevator was too slow 5 plus minutes wait with no one using it. Breakfast was alright. Overall fairly stayed for the night. ”
