Wohnung mit guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt am Rosenthaler Platz und bis zur U-Bahn sind es nur ein paar Meter. Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr gut und der Check-In-Vorgang hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so luxuriös, wie es auf den Bildern scheint, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Sie ist sehr groß, so dass man auch mit 6 Personen genügend Platz hat. Leider hat bei uns die gesamte Woche über das Wlan nicht funktioniert. Ich konnte zwar direkt den Kontakt zum Verwalter herstellen, doch das Problem wurde nicht gelöst, was ziemlich ärgerlich war, denn der Fernseher verfügt nicht über einen Satellitenempfang, sondern läuft nur über das Internet, also bei uns damit gar nicht. Zudem gibt es in der Wohnung kaum Schränke, so dass man schon kreativ werde muss, um seine Sachen unterzubekommen oder man muss sie halt im Koffer lassen.

Super Appartement, super Lage, immer wieder gerne

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren auch sehr gut, die Wohnküche ist super komfortabel alles gut geordnet. Die Lage ist super und zentral. Meine Gäste fühlten sich darin sehr wohl. Wir hatten nur Schwierigkeiten mit dem Check in-System. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host klappte gut und zügig. Das Haus außen ist etwas bedürftig.

Mitten in Berlin

Sowohl vorab, als auch während des Aufenthaltes war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Fragen wurden geduldig und umfangreich beantwortet. Auch, als wir ein Problem hatten, wurde uns - trotz Abend & Wochenende - schnell geholfen (per Mail, Anruf & persönlich). Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben. Es war alles ordentlich, sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren 7 Personen, haben Berlin direkt aus seiner Mitte heraus erkundet und hatten einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Kommunikation mit Gastgeber: nur über Chat, und auch das ist problematisch Check-In: Ausweis an eine Mailadresse versenden???? usw. Appartement: Ja es hat 7 Betten und 2 Bäder. Worauf sich das Wort Luxus in der Beschreibung bezieht, haben wir nicht heraus bekommen. 1 Bad "müffelt" da die Absaugung nicht funktioniert (oder mit der vom ersten gekoppelt ist?); 3 Betten werden in der Nacht mit flackerndem Licht vom Süsswarenladen beleuchtet; Küchenausrüstung war in 90ern möglicherweise Up-to-Date; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

5 jours à Berlin

Appartement spacieux 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain en rez de chaussée sur cour (bruits de portes et de poubelles le matin). Il n'y a pas de fenêtre à part dans une chambre et la lumière passe d'une pièce à l'autre par des vitres intérieures. La plaque vitrocéramique est cassée et remplacée par une petite plaque électrique 2 feux et il manque des verrous aux salles de bains. Sinon l'appart est agréable et confortable très bien placé à deux pas du métro et des restaurants. J'y reviendrai.

Not habitable We could not stay there

We could not stay at this accommodation at as it was in an unacceptable condition. Issues with the accommodation were as follows: • There was no linen (bed sheets, or doona covers) for any of the beds. • One bed had broken slats and the mattress was smaller than the bed frame. • Stained mattresses • There was a musty uncleaned odour to the whole apartment. • Glass cooktop had a broken corner and oven was dirty. There were other dirty/rusty appliances on the kitchen bench. • Fridge – no freezer door, uncleaned freezer with piled up ice in one corner and fridge appeared warm and dirty • Lounge corner sofa, dirty and stained and badly worn (it looked like concrete but was just very worn leather on closer inspection). Fabric was badly stained. • The whole apartment was worn and unpleasant We rang the provided telephone of the property manager on 4 occasions, leaving messages, and requesting linen. Disappointingly there were no responses. We then left a message that we would be vacating the premises. We would have been there for approx. 20 mins. The website photos do not accurately represent the state of the accommodation. Very misleading. We were there 20 minutes and then left looking for other accommodation. Extremely disappointing.

COMPLIQUÉ !!!

Impossible de communiquer avec le proprietaire quelques jours avant puis la veille à tel point que nous avons appelé ABRITEL. Procedure de check-in lourde (envoi des id de chaque voyageur et selfie ...) à une adresse mail pour obtenir les codes d'entrée... cela a pris une heure pendant laquelle nous etions dehors dans le froid !!! Pas d'accueil physiqye. Code WIFI affiché sur la porte d'entrée erroné. Le code WIFI transmis par le propriétaire permet une connexion mais sans internet !!! Grand appartement spacieux et bien chauffé mais il lanqye plein de choses (1 seule petite cuiller, pas de tire-bouchon, pas de torchons, plaque induxtion HS, TV ne fonctionne pas car pas internet, couteaux de cuisine abîmés, douche bouchée, des clous depassent du parquet pres de la table, pas de verres à pied, peu d'ustensiles de cuisines, petites casseroles) pas d'épicerie (sel, poivre, huile, café, thé...), pas de four micro-ondes. Un matelas de 140 dans un lit de 180 dans une chambre. Verrou à code pour entree dans appartement avec un code à plus de 10 chiffres !!! Dommage ça gâche un peu et pourtant il y a un vrai potentiel !!!
