“Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach.”

“I like that t he restaurant Coconut was attached and convenient. The parking was a plus and the room had clean/ new white sheets and towels. The decor was dated the property could use many updates but it was ok for one night.”

“No refrigerator or microwave in room. Tv remote didn't work and only had a few channels to watch. Not many outlets to charge devices. Tiny bathroom.”

“The breakfast was poor no options and I know what continental means. The bed linen was stained had to show pictures because they assumed I was lying. The TV was broken had to wait until the next day to get another one. No phone to contact the desk about room issues. Was shown a balcony room when booked room was placed in a corner room no balcony and nex to a drak hallway. I would never recommend that place.”

“The entire 2nd floor smelled like mildew as the upstairs indoor air conditioner must have been broken. Appliance we’re up to date, and bathroom was terrible… Spoke to the front desk attendant and he said there was no other rooms available We checked in at 4pm and checked out at 8pm as we couldn’t deal with the room/building conditions”

“The staff were all helpful and friendly. The property needs severe updating. There’s peeling paint (at least in our room and in the pool area), a few things throughout the room were falling apart (cracks in the walls and light switches), the air conditioning did not work properly, the bathroom was not clean, and the kitchen stove was falling apart. Overall, we would not stay here again.”

“My girls loved the arcade. We appreciated the laundry room. Found everything clean and nice. Would definitely come back.”

When I checked in I was wearing a dispensary shirt, I may have been discriminated against because they assumed something because of my shirt. I called before checkout to request a luggage trolley, the desk clerk claimed she was the only employee and there was no one to bring me one, I had to hand carry my luggage down. Never again here. “I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head. Then I can easily clean my body...... I will definetely come back”

“Pro: The property is conveniently located on the boardwalk which makes it easier to get to shops and restaurants. Parking is relatively close and convenient. They have a big swimming pool that is great for kids and adults. Staff is overall friendly and helpful, especially when you have room issues.
