“NEVER GOT TO CHECK IN SAID WE NEVER HAD A RESERVATION CLERK WAS SUPER RUDE”

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. The neighborhood is lively at night. The owner was kind and responsive and communicated well which was greatly appreciated. One...

“Won’t recommend at all, when we first check in the room they assigned was supposed to be a non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working, we asked for a change, they did it but that room was worse than the one before. Fridge was full of mold, when we turned on the AC wasn’t working properly and again the cigarette’s smell was bad, the bed was a joke, you can’t move at all or you would hear all the springs cracking. “Our initial room was terrible, as soon as we walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes some one had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag to smoke in the room with out setting it off. The sheets had satins on them and one of the curtain was missing from the window. We couldn’t connected to the WiFi cause the code they gave us didn’t work. We tried calling the front desk from the room but couldn’t cause the phone wasn’t working either. Overall experience not that great.”
