“We love this B&B! This is our 2nd visit here & it is always a great place to stay. Larry & Patricia are so welcoming it makes you feel like family. The breakfast is always delicious. “I will admit when I first saw the property I was a little skeptical however it is a older property it's been around in Williamsburg forever. In this day and age if you're paying $90 for a room you really cannot expect much but at least a clean room and that is what this Howard Johnson provided. “Didn't like anything, the hotel was lacking in every area. The one reason I chose here was for the breakfast and that was below par. The room was not cleaned well, the bathroom was old, the AC vent was covered in dust, the TV was from 2006. This place needs to be severely renovated.”

“The hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options. The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens.”

“We booked three rooms for only one night to break up our trip to the Outer Banks. I loved the size of the rooms and the fact that there were no carpets due to dust mite allergy. The breakfast had a great assortment of choices for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I especially loved our mini apartment that had a pull out couch, two bedrooms and two bedrooms. One bedroom had two twin beds and one king size bed. A kitchen with supplies, there was a local Publix/Wal-Mart and other stores nearby which made it so much easier to cook instead of buying. Busch Gardens was maybe 15 mins from this location which was convenient. Overall it was a great experience! Planning on returning in the Fall. ”

“The villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges. ”
