“Clean room”

“A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! ”

We paid for one of the best rooms ; were told it was upgraded, then were told we were upgraded to a better room . In fact we had been put in an older room with less than what we were promised . This was confirmed by staff on numerous occasions even though the front desk denied it . Other than that the staff was helpful . It was sort of a pain getting the putters got mini golf . “Our stay at the hotel was very nice overall, the staff were polite and always said hello when we would walk past. I liked how safe we felt there with the side doors locking at night even if you had a key card. Only down side for us was how hard the mattress was.”
