“I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very...

“We chose this hotel for 3 nights because of the location, the suite, and the pool/hot tub. It was close to many good restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good variety - something for everyone. The staff was friendly and nice. It is a common place to stay for lots of school / tour groups! However, they were well behaved and the walls and floors are well insulated.
