“They try to lure you into a time share”

“Did not go on property. Room not made over. Room was way down end of 3rd. Floor. No breakfast. Navi directions allways tryed to direct us through gated community.”

“Overall, a great experience. Clean room, attentive staff, asy parking and easy in and out right on the main route through town. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Historic area is close by too.”

“The fireplace was nice, but only worked for 2 minutes at a time (& then only if you got on hands & knees to fiddle with it). Otherwise it was a comfortable, roomy room.”

“Room and staff were great, but skip the Continental breakfast. They had muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, grits and fruit. They had Eggo waffles and hard boiled eggs that were rubbery.”

“We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn.”

“10/10 overall! Staff was friendly, rooms clean, grounds well maintained, pool clean, good breakfast variety. My only suggestion (unless I missed something) I wish the TVs were smart TVs so we could use our streaming services. Other than that We've stayed here several times highly recommend!”

The short drive to market square, colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown made it so easy. The staff was very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”
