Hotel vicino a Freedom Park - Williamsburg

“Beautiful property!! Highly recommend.”

“Las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas, mejor que mi visita anterior, ls limpieza es deprimente, refrigerador grasoso, alfombra sucia, olia muy bien cuando entre y eso me gustó pero casi para la hora de salida revise debajo de la cama para asegurarme que no se me quedara nada y encontre una jeringa usada y edo me asusto mucho y debajo del sofa de la sala encontre el juguete de una mascota., me decepcionó que en la imagen se veia una cocina con orno cuando hice la reservacion y no era asi.”

“Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way....

“The room was smelling due to the neighboring rooms cooking. Also you are supposed to get assigned parking spots. Our parking spot was occupied on 2 days and we reached out to the front desk who said they would get security to take care of it, but did not move the car on our spot and we had to park on grass and away from our building ”

“There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. ”

“While the location is great, unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay. The bedroom sheets were on inside out. The towels were dirty and so was the shower curtain. The hallways smelled like wet dog. I could also smell cigarette smoke by my window on the first floor.”

“I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache.”

“Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay.”

“Desk staff were amazing. Rooms were small, sufficient for our needs. Quiet and comfortable. We weren’t there much. But gave us all we needed when asked. Unsold stay here again. ”

“Really liked this hotel. Clean and comfy. One elevator was down and the working one was slow. The pool is tiny. But location was great and rooms were nice.”

“Great breakfast selection. Fresh fruits, and freshly cooked omelet. My kids love to stay at Hilton Gardens; they specifically asked to stay here after last year’s stay. They love your omelet! Indeed, other similar hotels didn’t serve it. Will come back again! ”

“The property grounds as well as the suite were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very responsive! The onsite activities are well maintained!”

“The biggest problem that ruined the stay was the mattress. The mattress was sunken in and prevented us from getting adequate sleep throughout our stay. The pillows were also very sparse/flat and difficult to use effectively. I don't believe the fan was working in the bathroom because after a shower there was condensation everywhere. I don't think it would take much to make this hotel a great one, the staff is lovely and the grounds are very clean, the breakfast was great, etc. Unfortunately the...
