“Breakfast and staff were great”

“Hotel molto semplice e datato. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite ma non in buone condizioni. La colazione non è male, ma bisogna andare molto presto, altrimenti non si trova nulla. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è che siamo rimasti due notti e non è stata rifatta la camera. ”

“Everything was excellent with the exception of the breakfast buffet considering the room rate. Sparse and cheap best describe the buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, over cooked sausage patties and clumpy oatmeal. Only fruit offered were a few bananas and the bread selection was also limited. There were two waffle irons available but the crowd of people trying to cook something hot for their children made the wait too long. For a Marriott property I found this buffet substandard. ...

“I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

“This was by far my favorite Hyatt we have ever been to. Hotel staff was the nicest I’ve encountered, breakfast was delicious and the hotel was spotless and smelled great, no old mildew smell. I also noticed that house keeping came after day 1 instead of after day 2. Small laundry room with only 1 washer and dryer but aside from that this place is a rockstar. Don’t hesitate to book. They also have tons of food options near by including Waffle House and dennys ”
