Check in was efficient though I had to call to remind them of our upcoming check in. It said you'd be contacted the Monday before and I called a couple days after (Wednesday) and finally reached someone. They were great in saying we could check in a day early, since the last person left early, however by that time our plans for leaving work were such that we could get there 12 hours early. Still a nice gesture! Once checked in the parking pass that was supposed to be in the unit wasn't available. I called Monday morning and the office lady apologized and brought it over that morning. The unit was mostly clean... wrappers under the couch, the furniture was worn, (dining room seats were ripped padding shown through) the couch's were broken/bent and when raising/lowering the foot rest had to be done while not sitting down. The direct TV in the living room did not work. I used the bedroom tv when watching. The rest of the unit was absolutely fine and our stay was overall a good one. Relaxing and being close to the pool/exercise room/sauna was a benefit.
