Barras house is a spacious house on a quiet residential road with free on-street parking and less than 2 miles from the town centre. It has recently been refurbished and decorated to a high standard with a modern feel. The property is a 2-bedroom terraced house located to the North East of the town centre and is equipped with new a 40" smart HD TV, free Wi-Fi, and unlimited broadband. Leading to the back of the comfy lounge is a large dining room. A fully equipped kitchen with modern cooker, electric hob, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and a washing machine. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The family shower room is located at the rear of the property behind the kitchen. There is a delightful sun trap back garden with a playhouse for young children. 

Upstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with two single beds. These can be changed to single beds / kingsize beds on request. The property can sleep 4 guests. 

Free on-street parking is available for the duration of your stay. There is a regular bus service into the town and the surrounding areas. With a lock box outside the property there is easy access to allow yourselves in and out as you please during your stay. 

There is so much to do in Coventry, you could never be bored. Coventry Cathedral has its fascinating history as well as the beautiful surroundings of Coombe Country Park nearby. Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve is a great day out for everyone with great views, long walks, and perfect picnic grounds. The house is conveniently located close to the University Hospital of Coventry and Warwickshire.
