“Great stay”

“Was convenient to restaurants,shopping ,etc.”

“Love the rooms and the property grounds. Everything is clean however the indoor pool, which was the main reason for staying here was a huge disappointment full of unruly kids, not being watched by their parents. Honestly, I think some of them were sneaking in to use the facilities and not actually staying there, I do think management should find a way to oversee the indoor pool that way it’s enjoyable for everybody. ”

“I booked a room with a king size bed. That's what I paid for. I check in and they didn't have any king size bed rooms available. Not happy. My husband and I slept awful!!”

“pool not open. Air conditioning was too cold. The first room they offered us was so mildewed the lampshades had black stains. The base of the lamps were rusting. The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4...

“I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. ”

“I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,”

“Overall a great experience but night staff was not able to give us any towels because housekeeping didn’t leave extra for them at the desk. There were only 3 towels in a room booked for two adults and two children.”
