“The room was very clean, modern and spacious. A little fridge was stocked and the usual tea and coffee were available. The gym is small but had everything that I wanted to use, the spa area was clean and everything worked. Reception and room service staff were professional, polite and friendly. I slept well, felt safe and genuinely enjoyed my stay. ”

“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. Cena con ottimo food e buon servizio ad un prezzo veramente troppo alto. Colazione solo “a la carte” lentissima e...

“The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection but I don't think all of it was cooked fresh. The bacon was very hard and not easy to cut. The toast was not as one would expect toast to be, it seemed as if it was bread that was put in a pan with oil and served. But nothing was too much trouble for the staff.”

“Great location for Legoland, city centre and motorway. Room was cleanand comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall good value, but internet is a tad slow and there is no free hotel parking as wrongly shown on Expedia. There is a council car park, free from 9pm to 9am, easy to find space, but need to be careful with timings”
