“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. “We booked this property because it was very close to a venue we were attending a wedding at, I had booked three rooms and requested one room to be a twin, despite me telephoning twice to check, but when we checked in it was still made up as a double, but it was quickly rectified. We had an evening meal which was pleasant, staff were good but I can’t say over welcoming, the bedrooms were clean, well presented but only had one hand towel, one packet of biscuits and no full length mirror. “Great location for Legoland, city centre and motorway. Room was cleanand comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall good value, but internet is a tad slow and there is no free hotel parking as wrongly shown on Expedia. There is a council car park, free from 9pm to 9am, easy to find space, but need to be careful with timings”

“Hotel was great full of character, breakfast was expensive for basic standard breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very large, which was great as I took 3 teens ghost hunting. Very dog friendly”
