“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. Cena con ottimo food e buon servizio ad un prezzo veramente troppo alto. Colazione solo “a la carte” lentissima e...

“​Absolutely awesome experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We had a brilliant stay here. The rooms are compact but brilliantly functional—small, but with absolutely everything you need. Every single aspect of our visit was awesome, from the immaculate, clean rooms to the fantastic, friendly staff. The breakfast and bar facilities were also excellent. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Struttura scelta per essere la più “economy” della zona essendo anche la più lontana da tutto (c’è una fermata bus di fronte) ma comunque ad un cifra in un cui ci si aspetta un minimo di funzionalità. I problemi arrivano da subito: al check-in scopriamo che la colazione inclusa sarebbe stata dalle 9:30 nel bar accanto (mentre sui siti è indicato un orario diverso), troppo tardi per chi intende visitare la zona e uscire presto. “Great location for Legoland, city centre and motorway. Room was cleanand comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall good value, but internet is a tad slow and there is no free hotel parking as wrongly shown on Expedia. There is a council car park, free from 9pm to 9am, easy to find space, but need to be careful with timings”

“Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music ”

“Certainly not as nice as the photos make out. We would not stay again and do not recommend it. Poor nights sleep for many reasons. Not a good shower. Smelly bathroom, noisy fridge, very light in room at night due to fire exit light in room ...hard pillows. Also very glad breakfast wasn't included based on what we saw. Overpriced for what it is. ”
