“Amazing exp”

“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. Cena con ottimo food e buon servizio ad un prezzo veramente troppo alto. Colazione solo “a la carte” lentissima e...

“The refurbishment by the new owners is complete and has been very well done. We have stayed both before (comfy, convenient but run down) and after, this is our second time with the new owners. Now very comfortable and a pleasure to stay. Excellent location for Bray eateries and lovely spot on the river. Garden down to the river is particularly nice on a good day with nice outdoor seating. Perfect all round and well done the young staff.”

“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. “Vi ankom til High Tea og blev hurtigt indhyllet i alt det bedste af England. Kvaliteten, service etc - alt var bare fremragende. Brug dette hotel til et par dages afslapning, gåtur langs Themsen til Henley etc. Det er super afslappende i virkeligt storslåede rammen.”

“As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. ”
