This spacious snowbird-friendly home offers the perfect escapade to create everlasting memories, unwind, find that much-needed peace of mind, and experience a vacation like never before.

As you enter this majestic retreat, you are greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan adorned with a gorgeous chandelier, and high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows flooding the space with natural light. Gather with the family around the gas fireplace for some downtime watching your favorite shows on the large TV. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the open chef's kitchen, complete with modern appliances and utensils that will make cooking a breeze. Kids and kids at heart will have a blast in the home's game room shooting hoops, playing billiards and foosball, or challenging your friends to any of the board games available. The game room also boasts a rec area with a huge TV and a wet bar with a mini-fridge and a sink. From here, you can easily access one of the home's decks where you will discover a true hidden gem: an in-ground hot tub! Treat yourself to soothing baths while taking in the impressive tree-lined views. Another great spot to unwind, especially at night, is the firepit area. There is nothing like gathering around the fire for some storytelling under the starry night sky! Additional perks include TVs in all bedrooms, a washer/dryer, a main bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining area. Please know home is located up a steep gravel driveway and is not motorcycle accessible

Downtown Blairsville is nine miles away with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
