“Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. “Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and tidy. I especially liked the Halloween decorations.”

“Overall the apartment was fine- lots of room and very clean. We weren’t there much except to sleep. Parking was not easy- make sure you can parallel park in tight spaces. Some little fixes would make this place much better- for instance the slats on the bedroom blinds were broken and a room darkening curtain would be nice. Location was good, we walked the hilly streets to restaurants and Union Lake. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle.”

“I loved everything about the property. We had an issue with internet the first day but that was fixed. The only issue was the broken toilet paper holder. It didn't impact the ability to use anything though. I definitely recommend this place.”

“This is an ideal place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Condo is comfy, clean, well supplied (and labeled), and located within walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants (shoutout to Saint John's!). We came to town for a 3-day music festival at Neumos, a 10-minute walk up Pike St., so this was just perfect. Easy contactless check-in process with off-street parking. Host is quick to respond and provides excellent touristy recommendations. We come back for this fest every...

“The host was welcoming, and a very good communicator. If I had questions, he was quick to respond. The apartment was well equipped and stocked with coffee, tea, and they needed condiments. The apartment was very clean. I would stay there on my next visit to Seattle if the occasion presented itself. Nothing but good things to say about the host and apartment.”

“We arrived late on a Friday evening, and the nightlife was just getting going - parking was a bit of a nightmare to get into building to get garage key fob.Otherwise phenomenal location for downtown walking to Pike Market, Space Needle etc.Very cute, albeit small space. Bed was comfy, pull out sofa could use a mattress pad. Pillows were also not the best- could stand an upgrade. Otherwise very cute, and clean. Laundry available in suit”
