“Last min option and it was a great stay, clean and safe and close to big stores like Walmart/Target and lot of food places”

“The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.”

“From the pool area to the actual room, it was clear there were very bad housekeeping and also safety issues. I reported the pool bathroom needed immediate cleaning (there was blood in three places on the floor, toilet paper holders were empty, and paper towels too) - more than 12 hours later it was still the same. There was some piece of electrical equipment plugged into an outlet in the pool area - perfect for anyone to stumble over and get electrocuted. The sofa bed in the room was dark and...

“I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”
