“The Grand Georgian is definitely an aged property. You can tell work the rooms. We had the suite and the tv was so small and the shower didn’t have a lot of hot water. We had to call maintenance to have it fixed. Our first room the toilet bowl wouldn’t fill. The staff was extremely helpful but the property is due for a renovation.”

“The suites are very dated. From our windows (which didn’t open) or patio (ugly), you could see roof tiles peeling. The main hallways, while clean, are also very dated. It appears that the entire facility is well past its prime and needs to be torn down and made into something new.”

“I booked the room "Single room, 2 queen beds, non smoking (with sofa bed)" The online photo's showed the room as a spacious apartment style room, with separate living room area and a wet bar/kitchenette. The room that was given to me was not as advertised. Appeared to be a standard room with a sofa bed. I was still charged the rate of the larger room. Once i arrived, the entire hotel was booked so there was no option to switch rooms. The hotel is also very outdated and tired looking”

“The room didn't have basic items like Tissues or even a microwave system. also the room had a smell that was not pleasant. ”

“The room was clean but the carpet looked dirty even if ots brown could see some stains on the carpet and the chairs. Otherwise staff were outstanding and the property is at a very good location.”
