“The staff here cares and the hotel is very well taken care of and built. Most modern hotels have such prefabricated problems that never get fixed and are structurally in disrepair. The staff took care of small creature comforts with urgency and kindness and we felt safe as well. The security measures in place and the location were great pluses to a perfect experience. “Im not happy with the loud noise that has been going on every day of my stay. I will be leaving tomorrow afternoon instead of Tuesday morning because of the disrespect this person or persons continues to show all guests who stay here. The room is nice and comfy. The man at the desk was exceptional. But due to the loud music from someone on the property i will make sure i wont come back here. I can deal with lots of things BUT being disrespected by someone else staying here will never happen...

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“I whole heartedly recommend this hotel when staying in Williamsburg. The rates are super reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership. We stayed over New Year's Eve so we could go to Busch Gardens to watch the Fireworks. During Check in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast had loads of options from scrambled eggs and sausage to...

“Everyone was nice, room was clean, no issues encountered. Stayed for 2 days. Never got to breakfast, we slept through it. LOL. I think the pool was next to our room, but everyone was out at the designated time, so no issues there either. Front desk staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Would stay again. ”
