“Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .”

“Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. ”

Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman.”

“MOUSE FECES on the bed! Absolutely DISGUSTING - anyone valuing their health / safety should stay FAR AWAY! Was one of the only places left on Expedia on Memorial Day weekend, not the best reviews, but I thought how bad could it be for a night after Busch Gardens? I should have turned and ran when I pulled in the parking lot and saw vagrants that appeared to be living in this motel doing drugs in clear view on the sidewalk. Quickly rushed my kids inside, locked the door behind us and immediately...

“Breakfast was ok. Our stay overlapped a large group of students who were very noisy and had no regard for other guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. I feel that the handicapped shower in our room was still a bit dangerous as the floor tiles were extremely slippery. My mother was very worried about her older sister slipping, so we put down plenty of towels outside of the shower. Perhaps they can add a nonslip mat in the bathroom in addition to the safety rails.”

“First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. Ok. Try to give some...
