“Clean, neat, minimalist property”

“When we checked in at 5pm, there was a line of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. We got to our room and later that evening realized we had no shower curtain. When one was requested, we were told they couldn’t find one. When more towels were requested, we were told there were none available.”

“The bathrooms were ok However I found someone else's hair on the shower wall that was not mine or my husband's. I brought towels with me for the trip, One of them happen to be white. I had it in my bag. The housekeeper took my towel out of my bag thinking it belongs to the hotel. If she looked at it CLEARLY, it didn't. My thoughts is don't go through people's belongings. I wouldn't take towels from a hotel and Im sure there are people who do”

“I’d say it is decent stay for the adequate price if you just need a room for a weekend at the beach and you don’t want to pay $1500 and up. AC, shower, parking, shops nearby, close driving distance to the Wrightsville beach- all boxes are checked. We will stay here again.”

“Property itself and room was clean and mostly well maintained. Bathroom had some drainage issues in the shower. The biggest problem here is the lack of security in the parking area. You must pay for parking here and there are no cameras which is a major security issue in a high crime area like this one. Our car was broken into in this lot on this property and there was nothing that could be done due to the lack of cameras and security overall. Unless the property is planning on adding security...

“Suggest attention to litter in the landscape, rubbish containers could emptied more often near the pool, entry floor and glass doors could be cleaned more often, decor shelving on edges of lobby area were noticeably dusty. Litter on 4th floor hallways likely from the housekeeping carts.”

“It's always a great stay while visiting North Carolina. It is very well staffed with helpful members and the amenities are very good. It's close to alot of shopping centers and good eats. It feels like a home away from home”
