“It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok..”

“I live with ny daughter and 5 children. So when i get away for 1 day i love to take a bath. The bathtub in room 204 would not plug. I figured out how to makeshift...but this needs fixed. All staff was pleasant especially Chelsea the one who greeted and checked me in when i arrived. Very personable”

“The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed.”

“Sunday arrival, 2 night stay I really struggled to give this place a second star. It's terrible. A few points in no particular order: -parking is $15 per night. Limit 1 vehicle per room. -elevator is not air conditioned. You literally feel like you're being suffocated. Heaven forbid someone gets stuck. -The AC died in my room and we had to move mid-stay. This was a major inconvenience as we had to pack up and unpack again. -the corridors are outdoors and absolutely filthy. -If someone has a...

“Very well appointed from with everything you need. Parking was across the street which was a bit of a hike with your bags. Overall it was a lovely stay!”

“Great stay - within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and various tour companies. Hotel was clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a rooftop restaurant with a great view overlooking the river and the Battleship North Carolina. Would stay there again (there is a 25.00 charge per day for parking, 30.00 if you are using valet).”

“Bed & Room was Clean and Comfortable with Refrigerator and Microwave. Breakfast was Good..Frenchtoast, Custom made omelette was tasty. They do protect their sausage links and bacon though by keeping it away from the common bar. Expected Free Self Parking but they charge $29 for Self Parking and $35 for Valet. Good Riverwalk location. Rooftop Kiss the Sky Bar is Superb - they just need better cocktails. Social Hour Reception Area needs to be at a proper bar and Not just one Solo person serving in...

“Room didn’t have a fridge just an ice bucket but the ice machines weren’t working & reception unhelpful. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty for the whole of our stay. Not great for a Hilton property”
