Scenic Countryside Retreat with Private Pond, Fishing, and Nearby Attractions

At the gateway to Laval, this cottage is a true haven of peace with its 1,000 m² of wooded grounds, its 7,300 m² lake, its animals (ponies and donkey), and its amenities (swing frame, pétanque court, etc.).
You'll enjoy the peace and quiet and an exceptional view of the verdant Mayenne countryside.
The private pond, located 330 meters from the cottage, offers carp, roach, and tench; it's a fisherman's paradise! As a bonus, you have an annex next to the cottage equipped with a sink and refrigerator, ideal for storing and preparing fish.
Looking for some fun? The city of Laval is just 10 minutes away, with shops, museums, attractions, and year-round entertainment.
Local services and shops are located in Louverné (3.5 km), numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby, the Val de Jouanne leisure center is 7 km away with pedal boat rentals, the Saulges climbing site is 20 km away, the golf course is 10 km away, and the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains is 30 km away.

Your accommodation - LEVEL 0: 25 m² living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, oven, toaster) - dining area with large bay window opening onto the terrace - living room with sofa bed, two armchairs, storage space, coffee tables, and television.
LEVEL 1: 2 bedrooms - 1 family room with a 140x190 double bed + 2 90x190 bunk beds, mirror, closet - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, storage - Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes horse - separate toilet.
Wi-Fi access throughout the cottage.
Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Grounds. Charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). Pétanque court. Lighted and paved parking. Garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles.
Baby equipment available (upon request at the time of booking).
