“Buona la camera e la pulizia, molto scarsa la colazione. Mancavano: caffè, tea, frutta e succo di frutta, marmellata e non funzionava il tostapane. ”

“Thought breakfast would have eggs, some type of potatoes like other similar hotels in the area. Room was nice.”

“When I came into the town of Shipshewana at 3ish I noticed that the traffic signals was not working and found out before checking in that there was no electricity in the entire town because of a storm overnight. So I went ahead and put my luggage in the room and continued on to my destination in town that had a generator running. I came back to the hotel at 8pm and found out that it still didn't have power. “There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected. “Left one day early...I request a 1 day refund to my cc. Room smelling like musty cigarette smoke. Road noise all night-slept poorly. Barely a trickle of water in morning for a shower! Please reply to my request.”

“Overall was typical run down and basic. No breakfast or anything to eat in the am. However it was near a Applebees. ”

“They no longer have a hot tub. And I was charged two dollars when I had paid my reservation in full prior to staying there. When I inquired, they said it was a housekeeping charge. That is just wrong and I will not stay there anymore, They did not disclose their hidden charge.”

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”
