“I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd...

“I really love to stay here (for work purposes): the rooms are really spacious, the furniture is brand new, the bathroom is modern. The hotel is very to close to the trail station and in about 25 min you can reach Zug. There is also a bar for a quick meal and a delicious resturant just in front of the hotel. The breakfast could be more varied, but you can find salty and sweet meal both. If you want to stay close to the main center and do not spend too much, let's come here!!! ”

“Very well equipped apartment with parking facility in a nice town close to the lake. Located in a quiet area, this new buiding offers comfort and peace of mind. Had a small issue with an appliance during my stay, contacted customer service who was fast to react and find a solution for me. For people not confortable with remote help, this one works big time. I was amazed how quickly they help. Highly recommended. Thank you customer service to make my stay as I expected! Will book against next...

“Nel sito non era spiegato che le camere fossero in un piano seminterrato e nemmeno che non ci fosse un letto matrimoniale. Le foto della camera era molto differenti dalla realtà. Deludente”

“La struttura è nuova con la maggior parte dell'arredamento in buona condizioni. Purtroppo alcuni aspetti della pulizia andrebbero migliorari: macchie sulla biancheria e un po' di briciole sulla sedia. Generalmente silenziosa e con letto abbastanza comodo. ”

“Hotel molto carino, comodo per raggiungere Lucerna o Zug. Camere moderne pulite, nel week end è molto tranquillo perché il pub all ingresso è chiuso quindi ci sono solo gli ospiti dell hotel, non c’è reception, per iceck in/ out bisogna recarsi presso il vicino Apart Hotel. I parcheggi vicino all’hotel sono molto costosi e H24..... conviene fare qualche centinaio di metri e lasciare l auto al parcheggio coperto di fronte alla stazione, si paga fino alle 19.00 del venerdì pi è free”
