  • A beautiful, spacious, modern apartment located in the stunning seaside town of Bournemouth. This two bedroom apartment sleeps four with two double bedrooms, one family bathroom and one en-suite. It makes an ideal holiday retreat offering all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Paid carpark next to property and several bus stops around.

The property is great value for a 2 bed apartment. Has all the facilities you need and easy access from a car park (12.90 a day) right next door.Located on the 1st floor with lift access.The building itself is a bit dated, so some fixtures are aging such as kitchen and windows, but all are perfectly functional if you see fussy people commenting on it.A short walk to town and the pier while being close to the main road to drive elsewhere, location was ideal for everything we wanted to do.Host was easy to get in touch with and replied quickly.Beds are comfy and bedding and towels all very clean. Flooring is a bit dated and bathroom door does rub on it but it does open and close properly still.Overall met expectations for a cheap 2 bedroom apartment, dont expect super modern fittings for a 2 bed at this price, but everything is in great working order still!Also some curtains are a bit short but its dark enough at night to sleep easily still.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Es war soweit sauber, allerdings sind teilweise Flecken an den Wänden und diese haben deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Auch die Fenster könnten eine dringende Reinigung und vernünftige, halbwegs dunkle und schließende Vorhänge gebrauchen. Dafür sind sie super schallisoliert.Positiv: es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit einem separaten, großem Tiefkühlfach, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Negativ: es gibt nur einen kleinen Topf, der zu klein ist, um für 4 Leute Nudeln (oder überhaupt irgendwas sinnvoll) zu kochen und 2 eher kleine Pfannen. Das kleinere Bett ist super unbequem, bitte allem mit 2 Erwachsenen. Die Tür vom Bad verklemmt mit dem Boden, sie geht nicht ganz auf und nur unter Mühen zu. Dafür hat das große Zimmer noch ein eigenes Klo und Dusche.Es gibt einen Balkon, aber der blickt auf eine zugemüllte Hecke und eine dreckige Wand und lädt daher nicht zum Verweilen ein. Daher die beiden großen Sofas sind sehr gemütlich.Alles in allem zwar nicht die hübscheste Wohnung, aber funktional und gut gelegen.

We were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We were not pre warned that we would need to give a check in time as someone would need to meet us to let us into the building. This wasn’t advertised beforehand. We received numerous messages asking what time we were arriving on the day but as we had a long drive there we had plans on our way and felt rushed to give a time to arrive. Which we felt ruined our plans as it was a birthday celebration. My pre message to ask if the venue could decorate was ignored and never replied to. The main bathroom door scraped the floor and was hard to pull open and closed. There was someone’s finger nail we found on the floor. The venue does need some TLC. My main complaint about the venue was the curtains. They didn’t fit the window and drooped at the top. We may as well have slept with the lights on all night. The light coming in from the windows we were unable to sleep and had 2 nights of no sleep. Including my 8 year old child who couldn’t sleep due to the consistant light coming in. There is a door to a balcony next to the main bed which shines light from the main building corridor. There was no darkness to the venue at all. Light also came in from the living space as the blinds also weren’t suitable. One of the photos attached just showing a door was 4am which shows the light. The location of the venue was very suitable. But we would not stay here again unfortunately due to having no sleep due to the light coming into the rooms.
