“The only issue I had with this fine establishment was that there was no hot water in the showers we let th water run and run and the temp never changed. We then had to call the front desk to have them check on it for our room and it was better going forward.”

“La mia esperienza presso questo hotel è stata assolutamente positiva. La camera assegnatami era ampia, piena di comfort (divanetto con tavolino, forno a microonde, frigorifero, numerosi asciugamani). Livello di pulizia più che accettabile. Posizione eccellente, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dai parchi Disney e a pochi passi da mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e pharmacy. Lo sceglierei nuovamente. Per me, un ottimo 4 stelle.”

“We have stayed at this hotel anytime we were visiting our CSUF student over the last 4 years, and it has been a great experience each stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the facility is always very clean. There are plenty of places around the property to relax and enjoy the Southern California weather. We appreciated the water, coffee and snacks in the concierge room and would definitely take advantage of that again! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for any CSUF parent!”

“location of the hotel is great, very close to Disneyland. Room is big and front desk staff were friendly. Only probably I had was no one tidied up our beddings the second night of our stay. They only left a few towels by the coffee machine and took our garbage away… also water pressure is low with the shower.”
