“Handicap accessible room had a tub with limited access for those with mobility challenges. The plumbing was not working in the tub/shower and had to have a Maintenance person come the next day to fix it. Instead of repair he used tape to make it work. No other room was available. Graduation weekend and Memorial Day weekend. Staff had no way to help us.”

“The elevator was out on the property and they had no ice for the property all the ice machines were down not looking like any of them were ever going to be fixed”

“For all the high reviews, we were very disappointed in the lack of amenities that would have really made the hotel a 5 star. Example: there were NO mirrors in the main bedroom. That meant if someone was using the bathroom, there were no mirrors available to curl hair, put on makeup, or check out your wardrobe. “the hotel itself was ok, but the front desk person was really rude, took over an hour to find our reservation since we had originally made it for saturday then had it changed to friday and even after she found it she make us wait and was extremely rude, then the manager came and changed it in less than a minute, but we had already been waiting for an over an hour and by the time we were checked in almost all the restaurants were closed and we had to grab dinner and eat at our hotel room after a...

“Definitely an older hotel ”

“I need a refund! 8 stayed 4 nights from May 10 to May 14 out of which 1 day the room was not cleaned but the main disappointment is that I got bed bugs all over my body and the treatment cost is greater than the stay cost. In the meantime, I advise that no one should stay in this hotel until that pest issue has been addressed.”
