“The location is super clean and the staff was AMAZING. The front desk had this super helpful and smiley staff, her name was Megan, she was so great to deal with all our questions. I had some business in Lockport, IL and the girlfriend stayed back with our pup. It was too hot too be bringing our 8 year old lab everywhere so Megan was able to let us late checkout. Our stay was super relaxed and easy.”

“It's a renovated historical building but still has the original character and charm, which I really liked. Super easy check-in/out process, very clean. Owner is very communicative & organized. “From checkin, 6.20 till checkout, 6.22, the front desk, staffing, and vleaning crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel is positioned perfectly close to restaurants, expressways, shopping, and things to do. "Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."

"Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto. Hanno un ampio parcheggio (a pagamento) ma offrono il servizio navetta da/per aeroporto. Camera grande e pulita. Unica nota negativa, mi hanno addebitato 10usd per una coperta macchiata… a parte questo un ottimo hotel. Da ritornare… non lo so "

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi. Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città. La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming. Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento. Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."
