“We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!”

“The embassy suites in Richmond is very convenient to get to centrally located. If you are visiting Richmond, Virginia, the property is beautiful. There’s always a relaxing environment in the breakfast is wonderful.”

“It was ok, I had issues with the toilet and a sink there were clogged ,two lamps weren't working & there was a big water bug I had to ask staff to remove. 😳”

“It could have been better .Ac does not work . The bathroom could have been cleaner . No other than that it was ok.”

“Staff was dusgusting. Didnt hsbe our room ready at 4 pm and saud they were going to get one ready. 39 minutes later no update on room. No place to sit in lobby to wait. So went out to dinner. When we came back they said rhey had no rrom avaiäable and cancelled our ressrvation. Would not stsy there if they paid me.”
