“Bed needed replaced”

“We needed a handicap accessible room, which was very well appointed with plenty of space. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and well maintained.”

“The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...

“The checking in looked a bit run down. But when we got to the rooms it was very clean. Water pressure was great!”

“They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!”

“They lost my reservation at check-in and then offered me a room that looked like a scene of domestic violence. There was a no-smoking sign, but the entire property reeked of smoke. The carpet in the hallways had ground in dirt. I've seen trap houses that were better maintained. If it wasnt late and I knew my way around the area, no way would I have stayed. Expedia should be ashamed to partner with them! The ladies on staff were kind though.”

“The a/c never worked, the staff member stayed that was working when it wasn’t, I asked to be transferred from the room since I saw few rooms empty and he declined my request and never communicated with us even after I went to the office few times”
