Hotel vicino a Boyd Manufacturing Company Site - Cincinnati

“Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“No restaurant except for daily breakfast. Pool was cool, not heated. Room was tight and not like the pictures. Bathroom could use an update.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.”

“The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.”

“Overall fine. Windows in room were filthy but the room itself was clean. The bathrooms are tiny with no place to put your things. For the price, a decent value.”

“The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. My reason for not rating it 5 stars is that the breakfast options are a bit limited. They tasted good however. Also, my room was not cleaned even though my booking was for 2 nights.”

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“Convinient walkable location but no parking on site unless you vallet. Also no breakfast restaurant onsite, they have a nice coffee shop with to grab breakfast options. But i wish they had a proper order to cook sit down restaurant for breakfast. Room was big and spacious. Gym was good. Above average hotel”

“The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. “Wonderful and polite staff! Amazing welcoming at the reception and available for any question or concern. Rooms clean and well equipped! Brand new and very spacious. Valet always available! The service was amazing. If I'll be back in Cincinnati, I will for sure book again this place. Thanks!”

“The front desk staff was friendly, but not helpful in regards to directions as to where parking was, our room or that you needed to have your room key out to operate the elevator, I had to ask several questions to navigate this—usually not my experience, but I managed. I appreciated the security, but it took some getting used to to start. We had to find the pool for our kids on our own and it was fairly small, very dimly lit and FREEZING. The kids lasted a bit, but 0 adults went in unanimously...
