“We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed.
We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering.
The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna.

“L'albergo è uno che usiamo sempre quando arriviamo in gran bretagna, ed anche prima di partire verso casa. Quest'anno siamo stati accolti caldamente dalla Signora Brown e, vista la disabilità di mia moglie, abbiamo avuto una stanza al piano terreno. Nessun lamentela. Ritornando, l'addetto al reception, Linda, ci ha accolta con un sorriso e non poteva fare abastanza per noi. L'unico problema di cui possiamo lamentare è stato l'odore di "chiuso" in entrambi i casi. “This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. “Lovely little hotel. Staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The hotel is in a great location for walking around Rye and the car park was easily accessible, albeit £10.30 a day quite expensive. We stayed in room 7, large and comfortable with a large en-suite. Although needed updating, along with the communal areas which could do with a lick of paint and new carpet. Overall a good hotel with a great breakfast.”
