“The Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor and unreliable. I had to go to McDonald’s just to get stable Wi-Fi access. In addition, the front desk is often unattended. Several times, I noticed guests waiting for assistance with no staff available at the desk. I hope management can address both the Wi-Fi service and front desk staffing, as these issues significantly affect the overall guest experience.”

“This place was a mixed bag - at least for me. Check in was fast and easy and the person at the counter was really friendly and efficient. However, when I got into the elevator to go to the third floor, the elevator did not move. After several times pushing "floor #3" I decided to push "floor #2". For some reason that worked so I did that every time I got into the elevator. The room, bed and bathroom were all up to standards. The hotel is centrally located, which makes it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Complimentary hotel parking make the stay even more convenient.
