“Went in the summer. It’s an amazing property and location. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the hot tubs weren’t fully working. Which wasn’t that big of a deal. They were still hot but only a a couple of them had jets working sort of.
I will absolutely stay here again, and if the hot tubs are working. It gets a 5.”

“We walked into our room and it was 87 degrees. Used their fan they provided for 4 hours, like they recommended, and it went down to 83 degrees by the time we went to bed. Wish it would have been known that they don’t have AC. Made our one hotel night, that was supposed to be nice and relaxing, wet and sweaty.”

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

“Paid for hotel through Expedia. The day after I checked out the hotel made a charge to my credit card for over $300.00. They never contacted me about why I was receiving this charge. I made multiple calls to the hotel and they refused to return my calls. Stay away.”
