Questo condominio è davvero spettacolare! Situato dove Breckenridge incontra le montagne, questo meraviglioso sito si trova direttamente sulla Peak 9 Base Area ed è delimitato da Maggie Pond. Il Village at Breckenridge si trova anche a meno di un isolato dai negozi, i ristoranti e i bar di prima qualità che Downtown Breckenridge ha da offrire. Gli ospiti che stanno cercando di rimanere nel cuore di tutto l'anno attività dovrebbe certamente stare in questo condominio!



Moderno, lussuoso e spazioso. Con nuovi pavimenti in ceramica, arredamento di alto livello e bellissimi dipinti appesi intorno al luogo - ti farà sentire così speciale. L'appartamento con 2 camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato e altamente aggiornato vi offrirà il miglior comfort.  



La cucina in granito offre una quantità perfetta di spazio sul bancone che è dotato di tutti i principali elettrodomestici e utensili da cucina. Goditi un'esperienza culinaria meravigliosa in questo bellissimo tavolo in legno che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Per una colazione pi�� casual e veloce usa quella barra che fa sedere 2.  Stai cercando un momento di relax? Questo enorme divano angolare in pelle ti renderà così confortevole proprio di fronte al caminetto a gas. Le ampie finestre non solo ti daranno abbondanza di luce naturale, ma anche una splendida vista sulla montagna. Prima di dirigersi verso le piste, controlla la linea per il QuickSilver Chairlft semplicemente guardando fuori dalla finestra. Che convenienza! Esci su un ampio patio per ammirare ancora più Peak 10, 9 e 8 e anche la vista su Maggie Pond.  Godetevi il bagno privato con letto king size, tv a schermo piatto e accesso al patio. La camera degli ospiti ti tratterà anche con letto king size, un'altra tv a schermo piatto e qualche angolo salotto per goderti la tazza di caffè o un libro prima che arrivi la notte. 



In termini di posizione, è quasi impossibile battere il villaggio a Breckenridge! Il resort è noto per la sua posizione privilegiata e per essere una vera proprietà sci-in / ski-out. I servizi del resort includono piscina interna / esterna, vasche idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, palestra, TV via cavo e connessione internet wireless gratuita.

It was a great spot located right in the village. Super easy to strap on the boots and walk right to the lift (but be sure to go early, the line gets long fast). Easy walking to a large variety of restaurants, some even in the same buildings. Nice views, large rooms. Easy to get in and out. Very happy overall. Only issue is that even if you pre-pay for parking, you can't access it until after 12:00Noon, this is an issue if you plan to arrive early on your first day to ski, we had to pay for parking out in town, then go ski, then go back and get the car. Once we were in the parking garage, it was fine, plenty of spots, easy to come and go, very convienient.

Amazing view & location. Updated, comfortable, the unit was all I had hoped for. The game room/common area for the complex is outstanding. Hot tubs (4) indoor/outdoor heated pool, pool area for babies/toddlers. A steam room & sauna. Pool table, games very roomy... What more could you ask for? Our unit fireplace was gas, on with the turn of a knob. We loved it.

Loved our stay! It was perfect size for our family of 3 with a 4 year old and my in-laws. Although, we didn’t get a chance to use them there are hot tubs, swimming pools, and arcade games. You have access to close by hiking trails and downtown restaurants and shops. The views from this unit were stunning!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect with regard to closeness to lift and town. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen incredible well-stocked, which made meal preparation very easy. Access to pool, rec and gym is great. It was a bit dusty, but management mentioned the air circulation unit as the problem. Not a big deal for us. The master bedroom could use a proper dresser for clothes storage - that would be a meaningful upgrade. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of returning.

We loved this place the first time and came back for a second stay! Location was great, central to everything we wanted. Also had to take care of business remotely, while here, and this place provided us with what we needed. Property Manager was VERY attentive!

Our family just finished our stay at this property. We spent 4 nights there. The location of this property is fantastic. You are steps away from the lifts at Peak 9 and ski school, as well as shops, restaurants, and Main Street. The rooms were both a good size. Only con of this property is the bathrooms. The master bathroom is tiny and dated. The guest bathroom is average size but also quite dated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the condo.

Place was clean and ready for us. Views were amazing overlooking the mountains with nothing blocked. Exactly what we were wanting. The only bad parts were that, either I missed how to get overnight parking underground or it was never disclosed that we had to buy that. The other item is that we got locked out of our condo because our key unregistered in our hiking bag and we called the property management for about 2 hours before another unit got us in touch with their HOA Maintenance to let us in. Just need to do better at answering the phone during normal business hours. Otherwise, Breckenridge was great and had no complaints about what we purchased.

We have stayed at this property before and loved it then and love it now. The location can't be beat! Close to everything! The condo has everything you need, plus a nice deck with a view. It is located closely to trails so if you don't feel like driving, you can walk out and be on a trail in minutes!

Great property ! The best part is the Location right at the base of peak 9 ! And the beautiful view of the mountains!!!! It is on a 6 th floor . From the living room and the master bedroom is the best view. It also has a small balcony with a beautiful view! The unit has been renovated. Except for the bathroons it is modern looking. The kitchen is well equiped with granite countertops... there is a ski rental office called breeze with very good service right on the building.. main street is like half a block away and there are several restaurants right on the village plaza. I guess what is missing would be a small convenient food store ... we had a small incident with the fireplace. That was handled rapidly by the ski vacations property management....I guess my suggestion would be that the common areas if the building need an update.... We would defineteley rent this unit again!!

While we enjoyed being close to Main Street and the proximity to the quicksilver lift, to say this is a luxurious, modern building/condo is absurd. The entire village needs updating. It lacks everything! There should be live music, bars, fire pits, gathering places for people to hang out with their friends and family. The condo itself was fine. But the bathrooms were barely large enough to walk in and close the door. They have not been updated. You can walk to the lift, but this is not a true ski in and ski out. Ski colorado vacations was wonderful to work with. We see so much potential in the village, and we hope someone else does too!

Comfortable property just steps to the Quicksilver lift and ski school for the kids. Gorgeous views of Peak 9. Lots of restaurants and Majn Street just minutes away.
