“The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.”

“Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. When I brought this miscommunication...

“A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat.”

“This hotel is located in the center of cruise ship cheesy stores. It is very loud, though does enforce its quiet hours. Very clean and staff is very welcoming. It’s good for budget travelers…beyond that look for someone else. ”
