“Nothing special”

“The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.”

“We had a very nice and large room (king bed with pull out sofa in other room). It was quiet (here on weekdays) and staff was friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It was one of the best stays out of about 6-7 different hotels on our trip across several states.”

“The hotel doesn't work. Nobody answered our calls to the front desk, restaurant or house keeping. The restaurant has limited hours. The sign at the pool claims it is open from 10 AM to 10 PM, the staff told me pool hours are 5 PM to 10 PM. We found the pool closed. The pool is the size of a large Jacuzzi, no jets and you couldn't swim in the small space The shower handle in our room was loose in my hand and the AC so noisy that we woke up every time it came on. “I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross.”

“We have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful. It is still a little strange checking in to a kiosk. No one really at the desk. Have to call the attendant or see a staff member.”
