“Nice stopover stay. The air conditioning was loud and a bit cold, though. Couldn't figure out how to turn it down/off.”

“What kitchen?? amenities, small tube of shampoo and towels no hand soap the room could use a deep clean but there were no bugs”

“Chicken was good. The staff was friendly. The room was basically clean. Around 10:30 p.m. The noise around our room became excessive. It was impossible to call the front desk as the phone did not work. We had to use our cell phone and call through the 800 number. Finally, around 12:30 it quieted down. The next morning desperately needing coffee. After a night of little sleep we found the coffee maker did not work. Not a good stay”

“The man checking us in was nice but this was by far the dirtiest place I have stayed in my life! The pictures are either photo shopped or taken somewhere else. Also, I think I smoked more marijuana that was outside my window with the people hanging outside my window talking all night! This place should be closed down!”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The one highlight was the beautiful walking path behind the hotel along Seneca Lake, which provided great views and was the best part of the property. Beyond that, there were several issues. The elevators were extremely slow, and on multiple occasions we chose to take the stairs. Upon check-in, the safe in our room was not functioning. We reported the issue and requested a replacement, but despite being told it would be addressed, no replacement...

“The Inn was quiet, well kept, and comfortable. The only real restaurant in town belongs to the Inn. Expensive. Service decent. Food unimaginative. There is a small deli. Offerings are limited and a bit pricey. One bar in town. That’s it. No drugstore, grocery store, or any other mercantile establishments. Union Springs is 8 miles up the road. There is a spa (expensive). All in all, a quiet retreat for a few days for an older crowd.”

“Hello, As a travel agent bringing my clients and friends for an overnight stay for a wedding we were attending, it was altogether disappointing. Allow me to explain the many reasons why. We arrived on schedule and tried to check in at 3 pm, we were told there were NO rooms available. We were told we could change in the lobby bathroom. When we finally were able to check-in around 3:25, we brought all of our stuff to one room because only 1 room was available at that time. All 4 of us were...

“Facility appears outdated. There are only three equipment in a tiny exercise room with two not working, plus a TV without TV remote. Only thing the front desk could say was " I will let the manager know".”

“The building is old. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived at night. The check-in was done entirely in virtual (Zoom/Teams style video call). It took a couple of tryout to have the cards assigned to our room. But, look, for the price, that was okay. The lady in video chat was very nice. The room itself was clean. So, if you just need a room to sleep, that is more than okay for the price.”
