“What a wonderful hotel. Clean, walkable to downtown Seneca Falls, and safe. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The elevator is a little small and fit three people with one suitcase each. ”

“This hotel was perfect for our needs. We booked it within an hour of arriving. We had our Golden Retriever dog with us, and it cost an extra $20.00 for her, which we thought was reasonable. The hotel was adequate and had a refrigerator in it (which was unplugged when we entered but cooled down quickly once we plugged it in). I would recommend this if you have kids and/or a dog. ”

“The property was an older Days Inn, was clean and staff was friendly. I did have a problem with the shower dripping and brought that to their attention, which they will rectify after my stay (plumbing problem). Breakfast was non existent. The location was great for what we were doing.”

“The staff was really friendly. You can tell they're at least really trying to run an old Days Inn property themselves and turn a profit. Its hard.
I get it. Its the Finger Lakes. Rich folk. Wine Country. ALL the rooms are expensive. The price of the room for what you get? Not awesome. It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall.

“The Lewis room is enormous and really wonderful. It was perfect as we traveled with friends and there was a whole extra sitting room for group entertaining in addition to the cavernous sleeping room.
The Manor is a couple of miles away from the main castle on the lake. There is a wonderful view and it's extraordinarily peaceful.
We had one problem and the front desk down at the main hotel took care of us immediately. ”

One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE”
