Only stayed for the ONE night and we were better off sleeping on the side of the road than burn $150 for room that had beds less comfortable than concrete; Stained bedding so untrustworthy, we slept in sleeping bags; hot water just did not exist for us and the water in general was very suspect, just like the slimy bathroom knob. Wifi was so spotty that it was not even worth using, if all of that wasn’t enough, we didn’t feel safe either! Deadbolt didn’t function and a chain was so...

“Floor wasn’t vacuumed. There was dirt and like stone or pebbles on it. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking on it barefoot. We couldn’t get any hot water in shower. Very noisy. Staff was outside our room in the morning hours talking loudly with lone another using profanities. I will definitely not stay there again and will not recommend it. Property is very run down.”

“Room was clean but bathroom sink wouldn't drain because stopper was broken, toilet was not secured to floor properly so it wobbled when you sat down, bathroom sink was so small that water went everywhere when you turned the faucet on. Won't go back.”

“The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit”

“I’d give zero stars if I could. Rooms and hallways were dirty and had a horrible odor, found mouse droppings in bed of two rooms. Hotel staff (which was not in person) was less than helpful. After 3 attempts at a clean room, we left and booked another hotel near by. We did leave something behind and when we returned to get it, the two people who met us were very rude. After we contacted Expedia regarding a refund since the remote “employee” said the hotel was not responsible for a refund. The...
