We were informed 3 hours due to arrival that the apartment wasn't available and we would have to be moved to another property then the host wanted us to send additional identity details via the Vrbo messenger app which isn't possible nearly 3 hours after the initial message from the host we finally got the new apartment information.We had been in Brighton half a hour not knowing if we had anywhere to stay which ruined our first night the apartment was clean and tidy and very smart but our original apartment had 2 proper beds the new apartment just had one bed and sofa beds that where very uncomfortable very disappointed in having our first evening ruined maybe the host should perhaps think that maybe more notice than 3 hours to be told the apartment is unavailable would have been helpful.
