Experience all of Brighton's delights right on your doorstep at this boutique style fully equipped accommodation for families, friends, and work travellers. We've thought of everything you might need for an enjoyable stay in this famous part of the city!

The Lanes are a famous part of Brighton and Hove. You'll find shops, galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes right on the doorstep, and the seafront is just a short walk away. We welcome you to come and enjoy the buzz of this cultural scene. You'll be staying on the second floor of a beautiful listed building with large bay windows. Everything you need for your stay is within walking distance, and there are also nearby buses and taxis should you want to go further afield. Secure underground parking can be arranged if notified in advance (fee may apply).

In the kitchen, guests will find a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven and a microwave. The spacious apartment offers a washing/drying machine, facilities for tea and coffee, a seating area and a flat-screen TV.

Superb location, theres a taxi rank right outside and a short walk from the local bars, restaurants shops and seafront. I would highly recommend if you're wanting a central location. The property is well decorated and is welcoming. We had a lovely stay. You have everything you need. Beds were comfortable, very spacious. Showers were lovely. Towels and linen all clean and fluffy. Host was really prompt with responding and was super helpful. I mentioned that the light had come away from the ceiling and they sent someone put straight away. The handiman mentioned that he also owns the cleaning company. I would say the property did not look like it had received a professonal clean prior to our arrival. It was clean, but lots of marks and dust. So for that I would give a strong 4 stars
