Case in affitto a Brisbane North

“Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door...

“Very clean and tidy.Communication was lacking. Did not know how to get into room. Did not have code to get keys. Said there was a washing machine and dryer - again poor Communication about where washing machine was and also no dryer available. Ended up needing to go to laundromat which was fine but would have bern good to know prior. Minimal parking but that was clear in the description of the property. ”

“Property was very clean and well presented. Beds were nice and comfortable. Easy communication with the host and was even accommodating with an early Check in. Would definitely recommend this property!”

“Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experienceWe booked this property for 12 nights but left after just two due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. On arrival, the outside bins were overflowing and smelt terrible, with rubbish scattered around the property. We had to deal with some of this ourselves. Inside, the property was poorly maintained, with damaged door hinges, a hole in the wall and other concerning maintenance issues. We were particularly worried about the...

“We enjoyed our three night stay There are stairs to the front door which we were unaware of before we arrived. Also quite loud voices from downstairs residents in the evenings. The house was well equipped and very comfortable.”

“Very clean, easy communication with owner.A bit noisy between neighbours but more due to older building than noisy neighbours.Old bed, needs updating, otherwise great place.”

“Beautifully clean little granny flat, very comfortable and close to shops and coffee. We had a lovely meal from the nearby Kawan Afghan Restaurant which we highly recommend.”

“Lovely owners who were eager to assist with anything you need. Lovely location across the road from the bay with nice walking paths. Everything was clean and tidy. A lovely accommodation that we would be happy to stay in again.”

“Perfect location to stay for Suncorp, easy 100m walk for food shopping or public transport into city. For us, this was what we rated highly when looking for accommodation and found this place. Accommodation was no frills (nothing matches: plates, cups, chairs, towels, furnishings etc), but it was comfortable and clean. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment on kitchen facilities. Hot water was good for showers. We loved the pool table. Leroy was a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable....

“The location in proximity to UQ was incredible. Public transport was easy to navigate given how close it was to the property. Clean room and bathroom. Sharing the kitchen was an alright experience. Host was easy to communicate with. Did wish there was a better blind situation in the bathroom for better privacy. Overall, very happy though.”

“Hi there my host Oliva was very helpful when I needed it and the place was excellent had a very good time was well worth the money the location was great very close to the mall”
