“We were under the impression that we would have an elevator as one of us has trouble walking up and down stairs. Again they made us believe that deck repairs would not affect us yet we were locked in on our last day. It would have been nice to know these things before we booked our vacation with them. ”

“Felt like we were in Mexico while we wandered around the resort. So many activities to keep busy during our stay. The front desk was super accommodating and brought us a few items upon request ”

“Location is everything here! The condo itself was not what we saw in the photos. Expected a bunk bed set up and did not get this room. Bring your own salt/pepper. Bring ear plugs as the snow CATs start their operation at 6am sharp. Sometimes earlier! ”
