“Our check-in experience was easy and quick and the front desk staff were helpful. Getting a luggage cart for check in and check out was near impossible. We were told there was only one luggage cart and that it was likely in someone's room since the staff couldn't locate it in the hallways. The room was comfortable and stocked well with a nespresso machine which was a treat!
