“Beautiful property, great amenities, spotlessly clean, comfortable bedding. I didn't realize it's right on the train tracks, facing the tracks, when I booked, it was fine because they don't use the horn, but it would have been nice to know at booking. The staff was pleasant but very standoffish. It might just be now customer service is nowadays, but just like, acknowledge there is a human standing here and say be right with you or something. “Where do I start? We decided to give this hotel a try since reviews were good and it was walking distance from restaurants and pubs. The first black mark was the fact that our keys didn't work. Not once, but both evenings we tried to get into our room (staying three nights) our keys did not work and we had to walk three flights two ways each time in order to get into our room. The second black mark is that no one cleaned or 'refreshed' our room for our whole stay. I specifically asked this time...

“Parkplatz vor der Zimmertür, ein bischen klein für ein großes SUV. Zimmer ist sauber und hat Ablage für Koffer. Downtown ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer ist klimatisiert, die Anlage müsste gewartet werden, sie riecht nicht gut. Störend ist der Verkehrslärm, das Motel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und einer viel befahrenen Eisenbahnstrecke. Frühstück buchen kann man sich sparen,”
