Enjoy a relaxing retreat at Ace-Ten Inn, a cozy cabin in Broken Bow perfect for your family or a group of friends. This cabin features amenities like Tesla Universal Wall Connector - Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger with Dual Plug Type - Compatible for All North American EVs - Level 2 - up to 48A with 24' Cable, air hockey, poker, an abundance of board games, and everything needed for a memorable stay. Ace-Ten Inn can accommodate up to 22 guests comfortably.
The living room is a comfortable space with two leather sofas, two accent chairs, a coffee table, and a big-screen TV. You can also enjoy the warmth of a gas fireplace during the colder weather months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. There is seating for 10 at the dining table, as well as additional seating for 6 at the kitchen island.
The cabin features three master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, nightstands, a closet with hangers, and a big-screen TV. The first two master bedrooms are located downstairs, each with their own ensuite bathroom. These bathrooms include double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower with rainfall showerheads, a soaker tub, and a private toilet. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
The third master bedroom is located upstairs and also has its own ensuite bathroom with similar amenities.
The bunkroom is a spacious and comfortable option that can accommodate a large group of guests. This room features two sets of double-stacked full-size bunk beds and two sets of double-stacked twin-size bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space. Additionally, there is a convenient suitcase stand for guests to store their belongings. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet. To ensure a pleasant stay, all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
The loft area is a fantastic space for relaxation and entertainment. It offers two full/queen-size sleeper sofas and a twin-size sleeper chair, all of which come with linens provided for added convenience. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities in this area, including board games, air hockey, and a poker table with seating. For entertainment purposes, there is a big-screen TV available. Whether guests are looking to unwind or have some fun, the loft area provides the perfect setting.
The outdoor living is the highlight of this accommodation, offering a range of amenities for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor seating area is perfect for lounging and socializing, while the gas fireplace adds a cozy ambiance. A big-screen TV is also available outdoors, allowing guests to catch up on their favorite shows or watch a movie under the stars. The firepit with seating for 6-8 people provides a great spot for gathering and roasting marshmallows. For ultimate relaxation, there is a large 8-person hot tub where guests can unwind and soak in the serene atmosphere. Additionally, the outdoor area features cornhole, a popular game for guests to enjoy.
**Firewood Provided**
General Information – Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 22, with no exceptions.
It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.
Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
