“This is a relatively new hotel and everything was great, except one of our mattresses was very lumpy with dips. The staff resolved our issue quickly by offering several options and also let us check out an hour late so our kids could swim before our flight.”

“The hotel was fine overall. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast, but the stay was fine. Whoever designed the shower needs a new job. There is no seal or anything to divert the water around the shower door so the floor is always covered in water, and if you are not careful, it can be a lot of water. ”

“This was our third stay at this property. It is a very nice facility with a very accommodating staff. It is reasonably priced and convenient to Denver and Boulder. I am sure we will be back at a future date.”

“The hotel needs a good maint plan lots of broken trim drawer banged up elevator that makes all sorts of weird noises but room was clean and cool ”

“The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”
