“Property was perfect!”

“We enjoyed our relaxing week at the Lakeside in the Basalt, CO. It is perfectly located to take day trips to Vail, Glenwood Springs and Maroon Bells. The main floor with the kitchen and living room was well stocked and enjoyable for four people. The two upstairs bedrooms were accurately described with minimal decoration. The fans made it slightly bearable with the upper 90 we encountered all week. We used the downstairs bedroom as a staging area. I felt it was undesirable as a bedroom as stated...

“The biggest disappointment (and there were several) was that the listing did not accurately convey the setting. The photos make the property appear much more private and scenic than it is. In reality, this is one side of a duplex with views of another duplex across a very un-scenic gulley, sitting on a very busy road. Traffic noise was loud enough to interrupt conversations while sitting outside, and headlights from passing vehicles shone into the master bedroom at night despite the window...

“We had an excellent stay thanks to great hosts! The property had enough space for us all indoors and out. There was an amazing spread of snacks on arrival and everything we needed in the kitchen to make family meals. The house is on a wildlife preserve with 2 ponds that all the kids had fun fishing at. The home is quiet yet near everything you need and a short drive to a play ground, hiking or a slightly longer drive down to anything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. The hosts went above...

“Beautiful house, wonderful location. We rented both the main house and apartment and had some troubles getting into the apartment, but the team at Renjoy the local property manager was responsive and helpful in troubleshooting and getting us in. The place was well stocked. We went for a work retreat and it was perfect for this.”

“We absolutely loved our stay and will be back next year for my husband’s birthday!”

“The house was beautiful and kept up in every way. All first class. What was most remarkable though wad the location and view. We loved being on the deck overlooking Shadow Mountain reservoir and mount Baldy, and played hours of games in the dining area looking out windows at the lake The view was almost to perfect to believe. Best of all was the communication with the owner Becca. From pre visit chats, to check in, to several calls from her to make sure all was well, the communication was all...

“Plenty of room for a family getaway. Host was very responsive when needed. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“Beautiful home, great location in Arrowhead annd easy shuttle anccess to BC. Easy check in and received WiFi and other details 3 days prior. Left this am with garbage taken out, dishes done, and towels in bathrooms ready to be laundered as I didn’t receive any check out instructions. ”

“Sean was grea5 to work with And property met all expectations”

“We had a wonderful stay in Salida! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was a great home base for exploring town, hiking, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The home had everything we needed, including convenient laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Salida!”

“Great house, cute funky decor. Perfect for a Red Rocks Weekend!”

“Great location. Great views of the surrounding mountains from the front yard and back yard. Plenty of space for everyone.”
